Do you feel like a ldquo;digital nativerdquo; or ldquo;digital immigrantrdquo;? Do you think technology is changing the way people think? Has it changed the way you think?
After reading the article, I consider myself a digital native. I play a fair amount of video games, and chat online a lot. I am used to recieving/sending things super fast. The other day when it took like 40 seconds for my text to recieve a message, I thought,�"wow that took forever."
I do think that technology is changing the way people think. In fact I think it requires us to think even less. Instead of learning how to use the dictionary, all we have to do is look it up online. Instead of figuring things out by trial and error, all we have to do is look it up.
I think itapos;s important for us to learn old standards, just incase computers/cell phones crash. I think it is also important for Digital Immigrants to learn the new ways as well.
